Alert!! They will simply waste your 2 to 3 months talking and talking and providing you with no offer at the end. So keep better offers as a priority and HP at the last in the list.
They will call you randomly in these months to schedule 1 hr to 1:30 hr interviews and then vanish. Then again call you, schedule an interview then vanish. Then reappear and offer you 5% hike on your CCTC.
