Applied on line. Received a call 3 weeks later from talent acquisition. Online interview several days later. On-site technical interview the next week. Met the team, answered hardware questions, got lunch. Seemed very positive and communication was great. Unfortunately did not get the job.

Interview
Was contacted initially by an Engineer from the department I was applying for. We set up a time for a phone interview.
Phone Interview with 2 Engineers. Went so-so. Non-technical, went over resume, general questions.
Was flown in to HP for in person interview. In person portion was all-day affair, spent one-on-one time with each person I would be working with.
