I just did the virtual interview, and I find that these virtual AI interviews lack professionalism. You want a team member, but you don't treat candidates as such. I don't believe AI is there yet to understand and communicate out of thier written specs.

Interview

It was very technical and they asked me more about PLC and HMI experience. Project management experience is must for senior roles. Some roles required travel and company will pay all travel expense.

Interview

The interview process was quickly organized and the recruiter did a great job of screening me as well as staying in contact with me throughout the interview/offer process. Shortly thereafter an MS Teams interview took place with the entire hiring team.
