I interviewed with the CEO and VP of Sales, and while both were cordial, the interview lacked depth and structure. The conversation remained fairly surface-level and did not dive meaningfully into my experience, skills, or how I could contribute to the role. There seemed to be a stronger focus on compensation—particularly base salary—than on evaluating fit or discussing expectations. Overall, the process felt somewhat transactional than Sales and relationship focused

Methodical, transparent in what the position entailed and the future forecast. Good overview of the company and expectations. Careful consideration on the right fit to their team environment and to their customers.
