HRnovations interview questions

I had a phone interview with the owner, Mike, that I felt very positive about. After sending a follow up email the next day, we scheduled for a face to face. I met with both the Mike and the Finance Manager, Matt. It was obvious from the start the Matt didn't want to be there. He let the Mike ask most of the questions and didn't ask for any clarification. He seemed to completely check out during the last 20 minutes and walked out of the conference room without so much as a handshake at the end. I knew I had wasted my time before I even walked out the door. I still attempted to make a save with a couple of follow up questions the next day but received no response, not even a no thank you. In the end, I'm glad they didn't hire me. me.mhworkworhuncomfortable.
