Primero te contacta el reclutador, después agendan sesión con el Hiring Manager y, posteriormente con el Head del área.
Si eres elegido te harán un estudio socio económico y si es favorable, continúan con la oferta.

Received a phone call from HR after sending my application for a day only. After three weeks, received another call for online interview. Interviewers were very nice and friendly. They said will get back to me after two weeks, I asked for status, but they already ghosted me. Lol

Interview process wasn’t draining and relevant technical questions were asked with requesting to share professional journeys.
Interview board was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.
There were two member in the interview board representing technical expertise on the subject and a person to analyse leadership skills.
