One hour interview with hiring manager and peer. On the face of it the interview went very well. After that I didn't hear anything for two months, despite several chasers. Following that, an email advising my application was declined with no feedback. I would not apply to HSBC again, if they treat external candidates like this, imagine how staff are treated!
