I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Singapore) in Apr 2015
Interview
There was 1 phone interview and 1 case-based group performance evaluation if you passed the phone interview. Phone interview lasted 30-45 minutes (on average, I asked around during the group activity part). Group part was around an hour, and it involved solving a scenario involving HSBC. Not technical, much more focused on the kind of person you are.
