Interview
The interview process was fairly normal. There was a job posting I applied for. I received a call to have an interview. I had an in person 1:1 interview followed by a panel interview a week or two later. I took some online test that I do not feel anyone even read and then received an offer.
quite good, focused more on technical rather than hr asked ratios, finance-related scenarios, and how to use these tools, and what makes these tools different from others and applying these tools
interview was alright, simple questions, getting to know you type of stuff. nothing too technical or complicated. be curious and interested in the industry and you’ll do fine
workplace culture was quite boring, repetitive jobs daily
The process includes 2 rounds of interviews and a written test. The first interview will conduct with department leader, the written test asking candidate to finish a credit analysis report.
