Standard interview set on STAR example competencies. The usual you would expect walking into any customer service role. About 6 questions were asked and then some loose questioning about your CV and interests

Interview
This was a pretty standard competency based interview with HR staff. I was asked to give examples of dealing with difficult customers, my experience etc. It was of average difficulty and resulted in a job offer at the end of the process.

Firstly, there is a telephone interview and when successful there is a face to face interview then they go into another room and do a mock customer call to see how you react in certain situations and if you can upsell.

Interview
Formal, polite and quite effortless. Having filled out an online application I was quite quickly updated on the progress of the application online and was able to attend a one on one interview in their Swansea base where I was greated by friendly staff, a team leader and a staff trainer, both of whom were friendly, polite, and overall performed the interview well.
