Long process, troublesome in-house recruitment system, different style interviewers, product knowledge checking, personality and job ability, the understanding of the job duties, the culture in the bank, the working hour

This is the first phone interview from HSBC for the csr position, it took about 30 minutes and it is not that easy as there are some situational questions and some questions ................
