Interview
The interview questions were not difficult but the questionnaire part of it took about 30 minutes to complete. The only downside was there was no communication from HSBC for a month even though I had progressed to the final stages in the interviewing process.

How do you answer a question a customer asks about a product with little to no knowledge of the product?
Good but not great hat is your strengths and weaknesses not that hard but not that easy. prepare well beforehand for tough questions. brace for impact. make sure you are well advanced
I did a face to face interview with two manager, it was pretty chill, but the pay is under my expectations. Also, you might need to work on Saturday as well.

The process is very lengthy . First you have to answer a series of questions online the. You get picked up for 2x interviews. One with the branch manager and customer service manager and one with the regional manager. Come prepared
