Question 1
How would you prioritise factors when recommending a project to investors?
How would you response to your boss when you receive an extra task but your current schedule is quite tight?
etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
I went through two rounds of assessment centers, including situational and behavioral assessments, as well as recorded video responses, which were a part of the situational assessments. Overall the process has little to do with what you already know but rather with what kind of personality they are looking for in a candidate. The assessments took ages to complete: 2-3x the time stated.
