Was given an good atmosphere to settle down intially and started the process of getting to know my personal & working background of the industry, the type of job with that current role and later of the new job. I was little nervous at the begining and later comfortable with the interviewer. He was keen on being open to any type of questions, He gave a background of himself and how he grew up the ladder to that position.He later asked me how long will I be with them since it was based of my hometown and was later convinced on my reply.Towards the end of the process, I was in the stepping in to the stage of why a job change and that too outside once hometown.
