Interview
It was well structured and very well conducted. Good transparency. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. Was given the opportunity to ask questions. Round 1 technical was about both parties understanding the job and determining the fit for each other. Round 2 technical was more in depth and had situational questions

The last round was a waste of my time. The company didn't even get back to me and asked to send the case study over. It seems like they are sourcing for ideas from interviewers on how to develop their product.

I was approached by a recruitment firm. Then I accepted and it was conducted via online with the HSBC Project management team lead. The interview was completed in under 20 mins and was very professional.

Video interview with the hiring manager. Work experience and technical based questions were asked during the interview. The questions were fairly straightforward and nothing out of the ordinary. I definitely had a good experience.
