Interview
The interview is casual. The hiring manager simply ask about your background, previous working eexperiences and your career objectives. It was a one to one interview. The manager explains about the job scope in more details and ask if you are comfortable with it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HSBC (Singapore) in July 2015
Interview
Very brief (in and out in 10 minutes). Interviewer did not care much about me, and focused solely on the job scope that I was applying for. However the job scope explained does not match what I applied for.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at HSBC (Hong Kong) in June 2014
Interview
Interested in the experience and exposure listed on the CV. Not very friendly as a team and very boring to talk to. Leader didn't sell the role or the team.Senior managers not very competent, the regional leader runs the show others follow type attitude!
Culturally I felt they are looking for a donkey's get the work done and move on! Not me, I have a brain I can think and judge…
