First you apply, then hr recruiter calls for phone interview. If you passes the phone one you get an email or call to meet with the branch manager.
Most question is what you know about the company, dealing with difficult customers and SALES.

Interview with standard set of questions, and career plan- ex Why do you think you are suitable for this role , where do you see yourself in 5 years , business clothing required
Hr first and two hiring managers after . Too many interviews. Asked about past experience and school projects. Be prepared to answer any standard questions for interview preparation. Strengths vs weakness
The interviewer was nice and process was easy. It started with a phone interview and asking why would you want to choose this position and why choosing HSBC? Afterwards, they have arranged a face to face interview
