      Customer Service Representative Interview

      10 Dec 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at HSBC (London, England)

      Interview

I rejoined HSBC around Feb this year and I've not looked back since. It is mostly good and seems to be improving. Account setup - this could be improved, it was slow and it took a good few weeks to get my details, with most banks you are up and running same day. Balance after bills and plan tab makes it easy to track your spend, being able to filter out internal transfers and savings would make this better but otherwise it's super useful. The premier debit/credit have worked without fail, you can however only see about 2 months of transactions in app. The global money account has been excellent abroad.

      I interviewed at HSBC

      Interview

Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
