Group + Individual
In individual interview you will be tasked to promote a random product, you have 5 minutes for presentation.
In group interview you will be distributed into a 5-person group and assigned with a topic to discuss. After the discussion, you are required to sum up your discussion content.
After the discussion, you will be assigned with a certain task (cards building, etc.). You need to work out the task in a certain amount of time with your group mate.
1. Online assessment, value based assessment and aptitude test
2. Online video interview with Hire View
3. Group Interview for assessment day (big groups, mingling session, discussion, problem solving task, creative pitch)
It's an on-demand interview. No preparation time limitation but the system will count how many time you have used. Answer should be around 3 mins with 3 recording chances. After finishing the interview, a questionnaire is given to fill in.
