I felt they just did the interview for the sake of doing it but did not felt any connection to it. Hiring manager couldn't make it last min and would appreciate if they rescheduled it instead of sending the underlink to do it.
Das Bewerbungsgespräch verlief in einer professionellen und angenehmen Atmosphäre. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung der Teilnehmenden – der Personalverantwortlichen und der zukünftigen Führungskraft – folgte ein strukturierter Austausch über meinen Werdegang, relevante Erfahrungen und die Anforderungen der Position. Abschließend wurden offene Fragen besprochen sowie die nächsten Schritte im Auswahlprozess erläutert.
