5 rounds: CV, Online Assessment through SHL, one-way Video Interview, Group Case, and Final Interview. Total time taken from beginning till end: 3 months.
I believe a strong CV with relevant experience in banking or activities that shows yourself as a dynamic person with good problem-solving mindset (case competitions, side projects) is a key to successfully pass first 3 rounds.
