Questions about why I applied, job history, and past experience. Also a role play using your computer! The role play made me a bit nervous cause my laptop went completely black at one point. I made some mistakes but the recruiter was so nice and liked that I apologized and remained professional. Just have fun and be yourself!

Very simple phone interview. I was asked about my duties at my previous job and my experience in online classes. I was asked simple computer questions like how to access the control panel, how to uninstall a program, and how to minimize/maximize a window.

Interview
My interview was Absolutely AMAZING! She was very friendly and understanding. She made the interview process fun. We also took part in role-play. The interviewer was the customer and I the sales representative. She was patient with me and stopped to answer any questions I may have. So far I love the HSN company.
