Very disorganized and you can tell they are faking it. When I walked in, it was eerily quiet. The marketing manager asked basic questions and when I responded, she didn’t seem to understand marketing terms.
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HTH Communications (Houston, TX)
Interview
No concerns getting the on-site interview set up. I was surprised to be resisted to complete a “paper” application as most companies have move away from paper and are doing this digitally. Interview was ok, President and another professional/marketing conducted the interview. The marketing employee did not ask any questions.
As of today there has been no feedback regarding the interview status and it’s been over a week. My expectations are not for a quick decision however an email with status is appreciated. This is where companies fall short and potentially miss out on great candidates by lack of timely follow up.
Apply in indeed. Got an email asking for phone interview Phone interview ask questions about experience and job history,, salary expectations . Lady was nice but the call was short l. Didn’t here back
