I applied for the position online and I had a total of 3 interviews. The first interview was with the recruiter, the second interview was with the hiring manager, and the 3rd interview was with the division director. After my 3rd interview, the company stopped communicating with me and no longer provided an update. I did not receive an offer and my only complaint is that HTLF should have sent out a rejection email. My advice to the hiring team: Communicate more effectively with candidates and provide more up-to-date information about the hiring process, especially if they made it past the initial conversation with the recruiter
