Interview
I applied for a position in November of 2016 and I didn't hear anything. I was then contacted by HR in March of 2017 for a different opening. I went for an interview and it went well. I then followed up with the Manager and HR via email and I received no response. A rude ending to this experience, but rudeness seems to be a plague at every insurance firm. I don't know how these places keep clients or any employees.

Interview
The interview process was the best I have ever experienced.
I applied on a Sunday, received an initial interview request email the next day. After my initial interview which was that Wednesday, I had my 2nd interview the following Monday with the VP of Commercial Operations, Branch Manager and Team lead which streamlined the interview process.
I received an offer the day following my interview.
The booking system was seamless, I thoroughly enjoyed the TriMetrix assessment as it gave me a boost of confidence going into the interview.
