The interview process took place over the phone and was very easy and laid back. I was comfortable and not nervous at all. The manager asked about my experience in the industry and explained what the position involved with HUB.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Medford, OR) in Feb 2024
Interview
I received a Voicemail and Email wanting to schedule and Interview. After the First interview was schedule and over I then received a call back for a second one. After the second interview I was given a call and verbal offer, after the verbal offer I received the written offer letter via email.

My interview was conducted over a Microsoft Teams Video Chat. Two reps from hub conducted the interview and asked me questions about my past qualifications to see if I was going to be a good fit for the position.
