The process was pretty easy. It was a 2-step interview with the first being a phone interview of about 30-40mins and the second interview was face-to-face with the Hiring Manager. The whole process took about 3 weeks and offer was made 2days after the second interview.

The interview process was the best I have ever experienced. I applied on a Sunday, received an initial interview request email the next day. After my initial interview which was that Wednesday, I had my 2nd interview the following Monday with the VP of Commercial Operations, Branch Manager and Team lead which streamlined the interview process. I received an offer the day following my interview. The booking system was seamless, I thoroughly enjoyed the TriMetrix assessment as it gave me a boost of confidence going into the interview.
