Interview
Virtual interview, 2 interviewers, asked multiple questions, asked if I had any questions. Explained job title. Questions were somewhat difficult for me just because I was asked about specific situations in a workplace and it was hard to pinpoint certain experiences.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International in Feb 2024
Interview
The first interview was over the phone, the second was in person, and the third one was a video call. Throughout the process I met with different people in each interview.

How do you respond to criticism from your boss/manager?
Very thorough, they seemed more interested in how I would work, and grow with the company and I thought that was very refreshing and different. They have a very extensive background check and a fun personality quiz to do.
