There was good and consistent communication. There was always great follow-up after each meeting, and there was not a long lag time between meetings/interviews. Always delivered and what they said they would do.

I had several interviews that were casual and comfortable. Leadership are focused on a good fit as much as credentials. All of them were conducted via Zoom as most senior staff are working from home.
