I was interviewed by Jenn Tallarita and Cindy Squires. From the moment I walked into the board room, I felt VERY good about this place. I am brand new to the insurance world (previously I was a special education teacher) so of course I was slightly nervous about such a big jump in careers. Both Jenn and Cindy were so nice and so welcoming, it eased all of the previous fears I may have had. We had a great connection from the beginning and upon offering me the position here at HUB, I felt as though my prayers had been answered. Since starting here, I have met sooo many amazing people. I am VERY grateful for this opportunity and I truly feel like THIS is where I BELONG! I look forward to learning and growing along side this AMAZING team.

It was the easiest interview process I have ever experienced. There was initial screening with the recruiter followed by an interview with the team I'd be joining. The screening with the recruiter was very straightforward; we talked about my experience and needs of the company to see if I'd be a good fit. The interview with the team was great as well. A lot of times interviews can feel like a test you need to pass, but it was different with HUB. It was simply a group of people getting a feel for one another and discussing expectations. Everyone was very personable as well and took away some of my interview anxiety. I ended up getting offered the position less than 24 hours later. The whole process took about 2 weeks, and I was in constant communication with the recruiter about next steps throughout its entirety. Overall, a wonderful experience!
