Overall, the interview process was very personable and more of a conversation than a Q&A, which I really appreciated. It set the tone and allowed both of us to be more comfortable and less nervous. Even with phone and video interviews, it was a very relatable, easy-going process that allowed me to connected with future team members and superiors.
