I initially interviewed with local leadership, then regional leadership and my direct supervisor. It was a stress-free process after being employed with the same company for many years. I felt welcome from the initial conversation.

Interview
The interview process was quick and easy. The team was very flexible in working around my schedule. They offered to conduct virtual interviews and remained in contact with me during the entire process. The team was very personable and interested throughout the process.

Interview
Interview was very professional but relaxing, interviewee was very knowledgeable and open to answer any and all questions I had. After a further explanation of the position I realized that I wasn't very interested in that position after all. The interview actually did lead to a different meeting with a sales manager to discuss another position that I was interested in.
