Everyone introduced themselves. We had a conversation I answered some questions and discussed my past work experience. I learned about the job I was interviewing for and then we ended the interview.

CV submission by a friend who already works here. Pre-screening call followed by a Panel interview mostly in French the following week. Technical and personality tests emailed the same day. Offer given, Background check, Start date given

Interview
The interview process started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter/HR to go over the basics of the job and the type of responsibility you can bring into the organization.
Then you had a second interview (completed on MS Teams) with a senior member of the HR team to go over the role in more depth.
There was a skills & personality assessment which was to be completed.
Typical background checks were completed and an offer was extended to me verbally.
