The interview process was pretty involved. It consisted of a 30-minute intro call with the recruiter, an hour intro call with the hiring manager, then a 3-hour block with the marketing team - all together, I invested about 12 hours in interviewing, tailoring my portfolio (which I never received feedback on after they specifically requested it, so I don't think they ever reviewed), researching the company and intermediate calls with the recruiter. The people I met with were professional and asked good questions, however, I find it very disappointing that I went through the entire interview process and they ghosted me at the very end after giving me very promising feedback. I understand I'm not going to win every interview, but I do expect the respect of a phone call, or at least an email when everything is said and done. One thing I will add, they definitely push the 'we're a family here' message a lot, so take that as you will, but that's always a red flag for me when it comes to sussing out workplace dynamics.
