There was an initial interview to get to know you better. Then a written test on your writing proficiency with English and a skills test on your industry knowledge. Salary negotiations come after.
Good, organization required, more transparency in process is definitely required since candidates are not kept in touch very often. Response time is a bit slow but HR is definitely polite although rushed.

Interview
You will have two phone call interviews where they will ask you to analyze market data. Your next round is an exam with is a mix of writing about a market, some multiple-choice questions, and some other short answer.
Your final round will be with a managing director who may or may not be very abrasive to you in the interview: they are trying to scare you because they have a lot of trouble with people leaving the company after a short period of time so they want to weed you out.
