The overall interview experience with Habib for the Management Trainee program was decent, but the process felt a bit slow. While the interview itself was fairly straightforward and professional, one noticeable drawback was the long waiting time for updates. Participants tend to receive replies and results later than expected, which can be frustrating, especially when trying to plan ahead or manage other applications. It would be helpful if the communication timeline could be improved, with quicker updates or at least a clear indication of when candidates can expect feedback. This would make the experience more transparent and efficient for applicants.

1st stage: Assessment & photo essay 2nd stage: HR interview 3rd stage: final interview The questions were pretty straight forward, mostly behavioural questions and the whole process took around 2 weeks.
