Interview
I had applied via the career services department at my university, where they did the first round of interviewing. The people who made it to the second round were then interviewed by Habitat for Humanity directors at their offices. They were really good at communicating with me before my interview. When I arrived and got settled into the meeting room, everything went smoothly. They're really nice and willing to answer any of your questions.
My interview with Habitat for Humanity was warm and mission-focused, emphasizing community impact, collaboration, and hands-on learning. The conversation felt supportive, highlighting opportunities to grow while contributing meaningful service to families in need.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity
Interview
I was invited to the interview about one month after my online application. It was brief interview. I started with my introduction and there were follow up questions about my experience from the interviewer. It was a nice experience overall.
Very straightforward online one on one interview, asked me questions about coursework/experience relating to the position, why I was interested in it, etc. Only talked to one person for the interview and then I heard back about 1.5/2 weeks later
