Two stage interview process that was relaxed and pretty easy to get through.Two people at each interview,they were happy to answer questions and gave a detailed description of the job posting.

How do You work with volunteers,seeing that they have a lot of volunteer involvement.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Baton Rouge, LA) in June 2023
Interview
Was called for a phone interview that lasted for approximately 10 minutes. Then I was scheduled for an in person interview with the hiring manager which lasted approximately 30 minutes.

Residential construction practices such as framing and roofing.

Interview
The process was very lengthy with weeks to months of no contact before finding out whether or not you move on to the next round. The questions in each round were very similar, just with different interviewers.
