HackerRank Director, Sales Development interview questions

Linkedin inmail from Executive asking me to interview - complete waste of my time. Person got on the phone clearing his throat. Did not do any precall research. Did not review any of the values found on LinkedIn. Based on the lack of preparation I can only guess that this is the culture of this company- completely unpolished, absolutely winging it, and setting people up for a really poor experience. After quickly cancelling me out for value that is absolutely in my background (if they only could read LinkedIn!!) he quickly pitched another role to me.....I ended the interview with respectfully declining the fit.
