Should candidates have specific questions about the confidential side of our business during the interview stage, we will ask candidates to sign an NDA so that we can answer those questions, which protects us in the event of an unsuccessful interview. We also feel that the amount of coding asked of managerial candidates at the interview stage reflects the nature of the work involved for a deep tech start-up, as managers need technical competence to effectively lead their teams. Finally, we offer a salary that we feel is competitive for the position.
