Interview process took roughly one month and consisted of one webcam interview, one webcam teaching demonstration, and a campus visit for the final round. Overall I really enjoyed the process. That was until after the on campus interview when I was told that I would be hearing from them in the next few days (keep in mind this happened in between semesters, so only a short time for both to give notice). I waited, and waited, and waited for an entire month (two days before the next semester was set to begin) to receive a letter in the mail (yes, snail mail) of what was a run of the mill cookie cutter email rejection letter on paper. I found this very unprofessional to set such unrealistic expectations and then to not personally reach out to a final candidate.
