Initial contact was an invite to take the Wonderlic test. I passed that I am assuming because a recruiter contacted me for an interview. During the interview he asked a question about my prior work experience. Once he figured out I was a non-traditional bachelor's degree recipient (I went back to school after a layoff and I'm not in my twenties), the entire tone of the interview changed. He explained that they only pick 50 candidates a year and that they are not able to share the results of the Wonderlic with you. He also alluded to the fact that my school wasn't a big name. He tried to be nice and send me an "update" email to let me know that he selected the "perfect candidate" who wasn't me.
