I spoke with two leaders in two separate interviews, under 1 hour each. Then, I had technical interview, focused on Windows kernel and technical experience, with two folks in product management level.
The second leader must be a comedian. He explained that the company strives to avoid hiring jerks. After my third interview, the company and recruiter ghosted me. This is pretty funny, but not worth 3+ hours of time to get to the punchline that they do hire jerks, apparently.
