First Interview with direct manager and another senior manager. The interview was at their Berkeley office and it was interview day - candidates before and after me. They were friendly but not very good at asking questions - I found myself leading the process a bit. I left not very sure what they were looking for. Apparently they weren't sure either, as I didn't get an offer, and they ended up reposting the job. I am not sure if it was eventually filled or not. Nice people, but not sure how much experience they have in their functional areas.
