Initial interview was via phone and lasted about an hour. Both interviewers were kind. Second interview was with the CEO. Both interviews had a conversational feel to them.

Friendly & welcoming atmosphere; personable people who were very easy to talk with--although I did wish they'd eaten their lunch somewhere else, as an overpowering smell of onions pervaded the room.
