Interview
Very smooth process. Asked typical questions. Everyone was very friendly and straightforward. Their questions were very tailored to my resume so it was clear that they took the time to read about my background and ask substantive questions

I applied online. I interviewed at Hall Booth Smith, P.C (Atlanta, GA) in June 2024
Interview
Extremely disorganized. The coordinator relayed the wrong time, and was too incompetent to articulate the process. HR department doesn't know what they are doing. They took a long time to set something up, and on the day of the interview there were last minute changes with 1 of 3 interviewers. I met the HR Director and the Operations Manager. It's was probably worst interview ever. They just talked about my ability to meet their quota. They didn't even try to hide that they had zero life/ work balance and they were a sweat shop of a firm. Instead of feeling like an individual, I left feeling that I was just another number on a list to increase profits. Stressful.
