The entire process began with the company presentation; where they showed the company new technologies and areas in which they were venturing at the moment, they showed a documentary which showed how was the life with them, what were the opportunity availables, followed by a session of quick (psycometric) test; then after that a session of interviews one on one with the recruiter, but only people who passed that test, had the opportunity to speak with the recruiter and after that, it came the time in which the HR team, came to speak to us, and present the respective offer letters to those who were successful both in the test and in the interview session.
