Apply online through the company website only conduct a phone interview with a talent recruiter then a traditional face to face with the hiring manager which included a tour of the facility and day to day work expectations and a qualification and knowledge quiz of the discipline that you are being considered for then the hiring manager makes a salary recommendations to the talent recruiter who then extends an offer of employment if you are selected

Contacted by a recruiter after I applied for a position with Halliburton on Linkedin. The role, Electrical Technician, seemed like a good fit but did require some oil & gas experience that I do not I have presently.
I completed a series of several phone screen interviews and a personality survey. I thought I did well and was decent for the job but did not get an offer. I will try again for positions as they come available. It was a positive interview process but was hoping to get an offer.

Simple and friendly. The Supervisor was nice, asked basic questions to determine my skills and experience. Showed me around the mobile equipment i would work on. Pay was negotiated. Asked when available to start.

Very laid back but you are gonna be there for a while frist you sit and wait in the front office then the manager will come out and meet you then you have the tour of the facility and all the shops in the yard after that it's a normal interview typical questions a lot of computer questions
