Complete joke. The hiring manager and I laughed at the ten questions I had to answer. The hardest part about getting the job was waiting for HR to do their job. At one point, HR asked if I was absolutely sure that I took a physical. Also, the only way to get an interview is either to know someone or job fair. I never met anyone to be interview based on applying online alone.
