This company feels seriously outdated. Their website looks extremely primitive and unprofessional, as if it hasn’t been updated in decades, which does not inspire confidence in their operations. The hiring process was equally frustrating. They required three separate interviewers for a role advertised at $65,000, which realistically works out to about $49,000 after taxes. For compensation at that level, the interview process was excessive and poorly structured. The questions asked felt disorganized and low quality, making the entire experience feel like a waste of time. During the interview, I offered constructive feedback and suggested the use of modern tools like AI to improve their services and internal processes. Unfortunately, they were completely unreceptive to any innovation or feedback, including basic suggestions regarding their website and operational efficiency. Overall, the company appears resistant to change and stuck in the past. I would strongly recommend reconsidering if you are thinking of applying for employment here.
